Marriott's Luxury Collection adds Mediterranean resort

Marriott International's Luxury Collection soft brand has a new Mediterranean property. Parklane, a Luxury Collection Resort & Spa, Limassol has opened on the island of Cyprus. 

Owned and operated by Parklane Hotels, the property marks Marriott International’s entry into Cyprus and the first international luxury branded resort in the country. 

A 15-minute drive east from the city of Limassol on the island's southern coast, Parklane covers 100,000 square meters of landscaped gardens and includes a 300-meter beach.

Each of its 274 guestrooms and suites were designed by Harrods Interiors. 

Public spaces include several dining options, the 3,000-square-meter Kalloni Spa, a hair salon (complemented by a barbershop) and a gym. The resort also has three tennis courts, three outdoor (and one indoor) swimming pools and a diving center.

Business meetings and events can be held in seven meeting rooms that can be converted into 11 conference spaces.

The Luxury Collection includes more than 100 hotels and resorts in more than 30 countries and territories.
