My Place Hotels opened its first property in Las Vegas. The opening of Vegas’ newest hotel marks My Place’s 39th open location and its 20th state debut. Following the brand’s Greenville, S.C., opening on April 9, Las Vegas marks My Place’s second opening and state debut within the same week.
Located at 1440 East Craig Road near the I-15 exit, My Place a few minutes' drive Freemont Street, Nellis Air Force Base, Las Vegas Motor Speedway and a 10-minute drive from the Las Vegas Strip. Across the street from the Cannery Casino, the new hotel also offers access to nearby restaurants, retail and entertainment centers.
My Place Hotel-North Las Vegas is independently owned by NLV Partners. The four-story, 63-unit hotel is independently operated by Legacy Management. As the second My Place Hotel developed by owner Randal Bender, the new hotel is positioned to serve a diverse mix of short and long-term guests from military personnel and their families to the road warriors on working assignments within and surrounding the city.

Terry Kline, My Place EVP of franchise development, said the brand’s presence in the diverse market of Las Vegas is pivotal in My Place’s aggressive campaign for U.S. expansion.

All My Place Hotels offer modern amenities at an affordable price including nightly, weekly, and monthly rate options. Each extended stay guestroom will feature a My Kitchen, complete with a two-burner cooktop, a microwave and a full refrigerator. The property is pet friendly and will also include on-site laundry facilities, complimentary Internet service and a 24-hour My Store, located in the hotel lobby.
