My Place Hotels of America opened its newest location in Colorado Springs, Colo., doubling the brand’s footprint in the Centennial State. Complementing the surrounding scenery of the Pikes Peak region, the three-story, 64-unit hotel marks America’s 41st My Place location across 20 states.
Located at 369 Gleneagle Gate View, near I-25 and North Gate Boulevard, My Place Hotel-Colorado Springs offers access to the attractions and sights that pinned Colorado Springs on the map. The property is located minutes away from the north entrance of the United States Air Force Academy, where many dining and retail centers are an arms-reach away for the diverse base of area travelers.
Located in the hills of northern Colorado Springs, the hotel offers panoramic views of the Rockies and Pikes Peak. While views can be found throughout the area, landmarks such as Seven Falls and Garden of the Gods are only minutes from the new hotel.
The new My Place hotel will serve the area’s demand for extended stay. The region sees an extended average length of trip with 4.5 nights in Colorado Springs compared to the average US trip of 3.7 nights.
Positioned 100 miles south of its sister property in Loveland, My Place Hotel-Colorado Springs is the second hotel developed by John Segelke, a Colorado native who has worked throughout the Northern Colorado development scene for more than 20 years.

My Place Hotels of America is advancing in its campaign for U.S. expansion of the recently launched franchise system. The chain currently has 41 hotels open and operating with a near-term pipeline of 75 additional hotels and midterm commitments for upwards of 40 more hotels to follow.
