New Hilton Garden Inn opens in Boston

The Hilton Garden Inn Boston/Marlborough opened. The property, which is owned and managed by CSM Corporation, brings 160 new rooms to the Hilton Garden Inn brand, which consists of more than 675 hotels worldwide.

"Marlborough is a town with a deep history, dating back more than 350 years," said Tim Hippensteele, GM of the hotel. "We are excited to become part of Marlborough's growing community and to welcome travelers to this quiet corner of New England."

Located off I-495, Hilton Garden Inn Boston/Marlborough offers guests access to downtown eateries, New England Sports Center, Fore Kicks Outdoor & Indoor Sports Complex, Trombetta's Farm, DCU Center and Callahan State Park. The new location is accessible to Boston and its museums, sport venues and restaurants. Guests can also rely on additional suggestions from community-oriented Hilton Garden Inn team members on things to do and places to eat.

"Marlborough is a thriving business and retail destination only 45 minutes from downtown Boston. As major corporations continue to move into Marlborough, the Hilton Garden Inn Boston/Marlborough is ideally suited to accommodate the area's growing community," said Steve Schlundt, CSM's COO for its lodging and residential divisions. "We're also excited that this will be our fourth Hilton Garden Inn, opening on the heels of the recent grand opening of the Hilton Garden Inn Downtown Phoenix, a historic renovation project that opened doors to guests in December."

Guests can dine on-property at BLVD Kitchen & Bar, which offers a full cooked-to-order breakfast, lunch, dinner and cocktails. The Pavilion Pantry is open 24-hours and has a selection of salty snacks, sweet treats, cold beverages and frozen, microwaveable packaged items.

The hotel also has six meeting rooms offering more than 4,800 square feet of meeting space. Hilton Garden Inn guests will have access to amenities and services such as complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the hotel, 24-hour business center with Print Spots remote printing, a fitness center, complimentary five-mile area shuttle service, a fire pit and indoor pool.

All 160 guestrooms include the brand's bedding with white duvets and crisp linens; a work desk with an ergonomic chair; and an in-room "hospitality center" with a mini fridge and microwave oven, as well as a Keurig coffee maker.
