New Homewood opens in Phoenix

Homewood Suites by Hilton, part of Hilton’s All Suites portfolio, opened a new property in Phoenix. The Homewood Suites by Hilton Phoenix Tempe ASU Area adds 121 new suites to the area, and the property continues the brand’s expansion as the end of 2016 draws near.

“Lodging demand in Arizona is strong, with occupancy increasing this year more than five percent over 2015. Phoenix and the central region plays a major role in this growth since the area welcomed more than 22 million visitors,” said Amy Todd, GM of the property. “Our new Homewood Suites property provides a comfortable, value-driven stay for those visiting the area for business or leisure travel.”

Developed and owned by Tharaldson Hospitality Management, Homewood Suites by Hilton Phoenix Tempe ASU Area provides an option to those coming to the city to visit family members at the nearby university, or in town for an alumni event. The new hotel offers a combination of studio, one and two bedroom accommodations with fully-equipped kitchens and separate living and sleeping areas. Guests are also provided all the essentials needed for a comfortable and convenient stay such as complimentary daily full-hot breakfast, evening social Monday-Thursday, Wi-Fi and grocery shopping service. Homewood Suites by Hilton Phoenix Tempe ASU Area also has an outdoor pool, grill area, fitness center and sports court.
