The 127-suite Residence Inn by Marriott in Eagan, Minn., is set to open. Continental 390 Fund owns the 127-suite Residence Inn Minneapolis-St. Paul Airport/Eagan, which is managed by Aimbridge Hospitality of Plano, Texas.
Located in Central Park Commons, 8 miles from Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport and 15 minutes from downtown St. Paul, the hotel offers its guests access to the Mall of America and Twin Cities Orthopedics Performance Center—the new home of the Minnesota Vikings.
