NewcrestImage adds first Hyatt House to its portfolio

NewcrestImage added the first Hyatt House property to its portfolio with the opening of a six-floor, 132-suite extended stay hotel in Frisco, Texas.  

The new Hyatt House has a mix of one and two-bedroom apartment-style suites, all with fully equipped kitchens. Other amenities include an indoor pool, a business center, a 24-hour fitness center, and two flexible-space meeting rooms, the largest with 775 square feet of space. Special offerings include same-day dry cleaning, a 24-hour food market and a grocery shopping service.  

Nearby demand generators for business and leisure travelers include the 90,000-square-foot Frisco Convention Center, the Dr. Pepper Arena that seats up to 7,000 people and the Stonebriar Centre Mall. Among corporate headquarters in the area are J. C. Penney, Frito Lay and Hewlett-Packard Company, with a seven-building campus for Toyota Motor North America under construction.
