This waterfront site, located near the main gates of Universal Orlando Resort, provides guests the opportunity to stay in a Marriott Residence Inn facility with immediate access to one of Florida’s foremost recreational venues.

Located at 5616 Major Boulevard, the all-suite Residence Inn will operate as a Marriott franchise, owned by Southeastern Development and managed by LBA Hospitality, a full-scale hotel management, development and consulting firm based in Dothan, Ala.
