Accor Hotel Services signed a management agreement with Saudi-based Al Ahlam Holding to operate the new ibis Madinah Road in Jeddah.
The hotel, which is set to have 300 rooms, will be located near the Jeddah corniche and will include an all-day dining restaurant, lobby lounge, café and meeting rooms. The property is set to open in 2018.
“The future ibis Jeddah Madinah Road will cater to the growing need for quality economy hotels,” said Christophe Landais, chief operating officer for Accor Hotel Services Middle East.
