Aimbridge adds 38 Hyatt properties to its management portfolio

Aimbridge Hospitality added 38 Hyatt select-service hotels to its management portfolio.

These properties span the U.S., and the portfolio includes 27 Hyatt Place hotels and 11 Hyatt House hotels. These properties, previously owned and managed by Hyatt Hotels & Resorts, will initiate renovation or refurbishment programs beginning next year.

The portfolio includes Hyatt hotels in major metropolitan markets such as Chicago, Atlanta, Charlotte, Denver, Nashville, Memphis, Pittsburgh, Tampa, Boston and New Jersey.
