Aimbridge Hospitality to manage Arkansas Sheraton

Aimbridge Hospitality announced a management contract for the Sheraton Four Points Hotel in Bentonville, Ark., scheduled to open March 19, 2015.   

The renovation of the 105-room hotel by new owners Little Rock-based Reimagine Hospitality include a new lobby, lounge and bar designs, upgrading the meeting/conference areas and adding 3,000 additional square feet, bringing the hotel to almost 14,000 total square feet of function space. In addition, a new Joe’s Italian Grill Restaurant, a popular regional eatery, will open adjacent to the hotel.

“The Sheraton Four Points Hotel is a strategically located hotel with tremendous upside and opportunity for growth. Four Points by Sheraton continues to expand its footprint by offering comfort, style and value, and participation in the popular SPG frequent traveler program," said Dave Johnson, president and CEO of Aimbridge Hospitality. "It will be a highly attractive and successful hotel for the Bentonville market and a welcome addition to the Aimbridge portfolio.”
