Aimbridge Hospitality to manage Courtyard by Marriott in Fort Worth, Texas

Aimbridge Hospitality was awarded the management contract for the new Courtyard by Marriott hotel located in Fort Worth, Texas.

The developer of the hotel is Hillwood Properties, a Ross Perot company. The 127-room property began construction in October at the northeast corner of Interstate 35W and Heritage Trace Parkway at Alliance Town Center.

The four-acre site will have a 3,500-square-foot ballroom, resort-style pool and outdoor lounge area.
