Aimbridge Hospitality to manage new Marriott Courtyard in Midlothian, Texas

Aimbridge Hospitality was awarded the management contract for the new Courtyard by Marriott Hotel in Midlothian, Texas, to begin construction this month. 

Developed by Gatehouse Capital Corporation of Dallas, the hotel is located adjacent to the Midlothian Conference Center and will have 105 guestrooms, flexible meeting space, a multi sport play court, a swimming pool and children's outdoor play area. The hotel is adopting an accelerated construction schedule, and is shooting for a late 2015 opening.
