Plans are being finalized for an Aloft hotel development along Westport Road in Louisville, Ky.

Lexington-based developer Patrick Madden submitted a revised development plan to Louisville-Jefferson County Metro Government planners for a roughly 76,500-square-foot, five-story hotel at the corner of Westport Road and Indian Lake Drive. The hotel will sit on approximately 6.2 acres.

In addition to the hotel space, the 124-room development will include an 7,000-square-foot restaurant that has not been named.
