Aloft hotel opens in Denver, Colo.

Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide debuted its Aloft brand in  downtown Denver. Located at the corner of 15th Street and Stout Street, Aloft Denver Downtown has 140 rooms, modern technology and a social atmosphere. The hotel is owned by JBK Hotels and managed by Interstate Hotels & Resorts.

Aloft Denver Downtown is located at the heart of the city’s central business district, walking distance to Colorado Convention Center, the 16th Street Mall and Union Station, which will offer direct rail service to Denver International Airport (DIA) starting in 2016. Also nearby are the city’s sporting venues including Coors Field, Pepsi Center and Sports Authority Field – home of the Denver Broncos. The restaurants, galleries, shops and night clubs in Denver’s LoDo district are just minutes away.

The new Aloft has a Splash indoor pool, the brand’s W XYZ bar offering live music performances, a 24-hour fitness center and approximately 400 square feet of meeting space. The  guestrooms are equipped with the  Aloft bed, Bliss Bath amenities, 42-inch LCD television and a plug & play station for electronics.
