Arriba Capital closes on $17-million refinancing for Green Bay's Tundra Lodge

Arriba Capital recently closed a $17-million conventional loan for the Tundra Lodge in Green Bay, Wis. Included in the deal is an attached 30,000-square-foot water park, as well as 162 guestrooms and more than 17,500 square feet of function space spread throughout three ballrooms and 11 additional meeting rooms.

The hotel is locating within the Green Bay Stadium District and walking distance of Lambeau Field, home field of the Green Bay Packers, and is also less than 3 miles from downtown Green Bay. There are a number of new projects going on within the downtown Green Bay area including new corporate, retail, infrastructure, and multifamily developments. Currently, a pedestrian walkway in under construction connecting the Legends Direct—where the hotel is located—to Lambeau Field.

The hotel also benefits from its location adjacent to the intersection of South Ashland Avenue and Lombardi Avenue, allowing for quick accessibility to Main Street and Austin Straubel International Airport. Besides local groups, the property attracts travelers and guests from Milwaukee, Madison, Chicago and Michigan’s Upper Peninsula throughout the year.
