Boomerang Hotels signs second GuestHouse International in Kentucky

Boomerang Hotels signed an agreement with Ashok and Meena Patel, of Om Shivam #1 to convert their 56 room hotel, located at 2261 Elkhorn Road in Lexington, Ky., to a GuestHouse International. The conversion is scheduled for mid April 2014.

“We decided to franchise with Boomerang Hotels and GuestHouse International because of their non-demanding approach to franchising that puts the franchisees’ needs first," said Meena Patel, owner/member of Om Shivan #1. "The one-on-one interaction and personal service we have received from the franchise staff has been exceptional.”

The Lexington GuestHouse International Inn & Suites will have 56 rooms with microwave and refrigerators. An indoor swimming pool, business center and guest laundry are available for guest use. The hotel will also offer a free wireless Internet connection, complimentary breakfast and kids stay free in rooms with their parents.
