Boutique hotel, condo tower development planned for Dallas

Developer Craig Hall is developing a new 25-story condominium and hotel project in Dallas. 

The building will include a 218-room boutique hotel designed by Dallas architect HKS. The hotel will have meeting rooms, ballroom space, a fitness center and spa, a rooftop bar and restaurants. The condo tower will contain roughly 44 luxury residential units.

Hall plans to begin construction on the property in 2016, and Austin Commercial was hired as general contractor for the project.

Hall just completed construction on the 18-story KPMG Plaza Tower in Dallas, an office high rise.
