Chesapeake Hospitality picks up management for three properties

Chesapeake Hospitality added management of three properties during the first quarter of 2015—the Holiday Inn Wilkes Barre-East Mountain, Days Inn Harrisburg North and the Fenwick Inn—to its growing management portfolio.

All three properties offer Chesapeake Hospitality the opportunity to deploy its full-service suite of hotel management and operations expertise, focused on maximizing the value of each asset and delivering bottom line results for ownership.

The 152-room Holiday Inn Wilkes Barre-East Mountain in Wilkes Barre, Pa., recently completed a multi-million dollar renovation and franchise rebranding. The property’s has 6,000 square feet of function space.

The Days Inn Harrisburg North in Harrisburg, Pa., offers 115 rooms and long-term stay suites located in the state capital city of Harrisburg, convenient to nearby Hershey Park. Both Pennsylvania properties are both owned by Lancaster, Pa.-based The Manor Group.
