Chesapeake Hospitality to manage the Milwaukee River Inn

Chesapeake Hospitality added the management of the Milwaukee River Inn located in Glendale, Wis., to its full-service management portfolio.

The Milwaukee River Inn was most recently operated under the Hilton flag, but will immediately begin a complete multi-million dollar renovation before re-introducing itself as a Holiday Inn later this year. The updated property will have an expanded lobby and a new bar area with spectacular river views, an updated ballroom and meeting center and new bathrooms, carpets and furniture in each of the 161 guestrooms.

This will be Chesapeake Hospitality’s first Wisconsin property.
