Cobblestone Hotels announced the signings of two hotels, one in Missouri and one in its home state of Wisconsin. Both properties will be new builds.
The 55-room Cobblestone Hotel & Suites in Little Chute, Wis., will feature breakfast, Wi-Fi, meeting space and an indoor pool. The hotel will feature an array of room types, including extended-stay suites with kitchens.
“Adding another location in Wisconsin, our home state, is really exciting for us,” said Brian Wogernese, Cobblestone’s president/CEO. “To think we opened our first location over 10 years ago in this state, and now we are adding our 30th location to downtown Little Chute.”
The 34-room Cobblestone Inn & Suites in Trenton, Mo., will feature breakfast, Wi-Fi and an onsite bar.
“We are excited to be expanding in Missouri, with Trenton being our second location,” Wogernese said.
Based in Neenah, Wis., Cobblestone Hotels, is an upper-midscale hotel brand with more than 160 hotels open, under construction or in development in 27 states.
