Cobblestone opens newest Iowa property

Cobblestone Hotels opened a new hotel in Waverly, Iowa.

The new Cobblestone Inn and Suites is located in Waverly, Iowa, and has 45 guestrooms with amenities such as microwaves and refrigerators, coffee service, free high-speed Internet and flat-panel televisions in each room.

“The community of Waverly expressed a need for upper midscale accommodations” said Brian Wogernese, president and CEO of Cobblestone Hotels. “We were happy to help Waverly accomplish their goal.” Cobblestone Hotels currently has five hotels in the building and/or development stages in Iowa.

The Cobblestone Inn and Suites will also have an on-site beer and wine bar, meeting room, exercise equipment, guest laundry facility and convenience store. A complimentary hot breakfast bar and weekday newspaper will be available daily to guests of the Cobblestone Inn and Suites as well.
