Cobblestone signs 20 year franchise agreement for future Iowa property

Cobblestone Hotels signed a 20 year Franchise Agreement for the future Cobblestone Inn and Suites in Fort Dodge, Iowa. The Cobblestone Inn and Suites located in Fort Dodge, Iowa is the brand’s seventh hotel in Iowa.

“Fort Dodge, Iowa is a great fit for our brand” says Brian Wogernese, brand president with Cobblestone Hotels. “This market is in need of an upper midscale property to accommodate the community’s needs.”

Cobblestone Hotels currently has twelve hotels under construction, two of which are in Iowa.

Amenities in each room include a 40-inch flat-panel TV, DVD player, microwave, refrigerator, coffee service, upgraded bedding and free high-speed internet. Guests of the hotel will also have access to an on-site beer and wine bar, hot breakfast buffet, weekday newspaper, guest laundry and on-site convenience store.
