Crestline adds 4 hotels in the South

Crestline Hotels & Resorts has added four hotels to its management portfolio: the 78-room Courtyard by Marriott Asheville (N.C.), the 88-room SpringHill Suites by Marriott Asheville, the 105-room Courtyard by Marriott Athens (Ga.) Downtown and the 112-room Courtyard by Marriott Orlando Altamonte Springs/Maitland.

“These four hotels are important to Crestline’s ongoing growth,” James Carroll, Crestline’s president/CEO, said in a statement. “We anticipate several additional significant expansion announcements this year as we continue to attract new partners and owners who recognize our expertise and precision management capabilities.”

The Courtyard by Marriott Asheville and SpringHill Suites by Marriott Asheville, situated within walking distance of each other, are located near the Biltmore Estate, downtown Asheville and the Blue Ridge Parkway. The Courtyard features a business center, restaurant, fitness center and indoor pool. The SpringHill Suites includes a fitness center and a heated indoor pool. Both hotels are newly renovated.

Located in downtown Athens blocks from the University of Georgia, the Courtyard by Marriott Athens Downtown features a business center, 828 square feet of meeting space, a restaurant, a fitness center and an outdoor pool. Nearby attractions include the Classic Center, Georgia Museum of Art, State Botanical Gardens and UGA Performing Arts Center.

In Florida, the Courtyard by Orlando Altamonte Springs/Maitland includes 550 square feet of meeting space, a restaurant, a pool and an exercise room. It is located 8 miles from downtown Orlando and 18 miles from Orlando International Airport.
