Dallas Hard Rock Hotel to begin construction January 2015

Construction is expected to begin on the future Hard Rock Hotel Dallas-Fort Worth in January 2015. The $400-million property is located in the The Grand Alps Village development in Grand Prairie, Texas, and will have 86 rooms overlooking the indoor ski facility, a rooftop pool complex and two world-renowned Rock Star Suites. The hotel is projected to open in January 2018.

Hard Rock Hotel Dallas-Fort Worth will roll out the red carpet for guests with unparalleled live music performances and amenities including the Rock Spa and the Body Rock workout facility. Guests can choose from food F&B options on-property and throughout the Grand Alps development. Additionally, the property will have 50,000 square feet of meeting space, music memorabilia, a Rock Shop offering Hard Rock merchandise and The Sound of Your Stay, a music amenity program exclusive to guests of the hotel.
