DC Hospitality appoints Kimberly Glover to VP for hotel sales and acquisitions

DC Hospitality added brokerage specialist Kimberley Glover as VP for hotel sales and acquisitions. The Atlanta-based hotel brokerage firm handles properties nationwide in all brands, sizes and styles.  

Glover has more than 18 years of experience in real estate sales and valuation, including both conventional and lender-owned REO properties. She most recently managed a team of five full-service brokerage specialists, working directly with Fannie Mae, as well as institutions such as CitiMortgage, Keystone Asset Management, Bank One and Premiere Asset Services (PAS).      

Glover lives with her husband, Robert, in the Atlanta suburb of Lithonia. They have three grown daughters.

DC Hospitality is currently recruiting experienced and qualified brokers, with the expectation of opening offices in Washington, D.C., Chicago, Orlando, and either Houston or Dallas, Texas.
