Hotel ownership, management and development company Dellisart has added the Candlewood Suites Columbia (Tenn.) to its portfolio of managed hotels. The property is scheduled to open next month.
The 73-suite hotel was recently acquired during development by Columbia Hospitality. Each suite has fully equipped kitchens and dedicated living areas. The property also will have a fitness center, a guest laundry and the signature Candlewood Cupboard for breakfast and snack items.
“I bought this property with only 30 days until opening,” said Bob Patel, partner, Columbia Hospitality. “I feel Dellisart is the best choice to get the hotel opened successfully based on their expertise and experience.”
The Candlewood Suites Columbia is close to General Motors, Mersen Corporation, Ryder Maury Medical Center, Tennessee Farm Bureau and IBEX Global.
