Destination Hotels to operate future Autograph Collection hotel in Phoenix

Destination Hotels will operate and manage a new independent lifestyle hotel owned by Host Hotels & Resorts. Destination and Host will reposition the former Ritz-Carlton Phoenix, which will reopen as part of Marriott International’s Autograph Collection. The 281-room property is located in the city's business and entertainment district.

Upon closing in late July 2015, the property will undergo renovations that will update its guestrooms, four food & beverage outlets and add a spa and new pool experience, located on the second floor. The new independent hotel will re-open in December 2015 and will offer over 20,000 square feet of meeting space, an expanded contemporary fitness center and access to the city’s finest dining, shopping and cultural attractions.

The property is located at 2401 East Camelback Road in Phoenix, Ariz. Destination also manages locally The Scottsdale Resort at McCormick Ranch, Royal Palms Resort and Spa and Tempe Mission Palms.
