DoubleTree opens in Reading, Pa.

A new DoubleTree by Hilton opened in Reading, Pa.

The 209-room hotel is led by GM Craig Poole. The hotel's guestrooms come with 43-inch flat-screen TVs, and the property gives guests access to a 1,400-square-foot indoor pool and a fitness room, as well as a 100-seat amphlitheater and additional board rooms.

The hotel has an adjoining 98-seat restaurant with an 80-seat bar attached. A 953-seat parking garage was also built nearby by the Reading Parking Authority, and hotel guests can park for free.
