The Embassy Suites Orlando - Lake Buena Vista Resort begins $13M update

The Embassy Suites Orlando - Lake Buena Vista Resort began a $13-million redevelopment plan with completion scheduled for November 2014.

All 334 two-room guest suites in the Embassy Suites Orlando - Lake Buena Vista Resort will be renovated. Each suite has a private bedroom and separate living room with a sleeper-sofa. Other amenities include a wet bar, refrigerator, microwave and Wi-Fi. Rooms also have a coffeemaker, iron with board and hair dryer. Upon completion the property will have 10,000 square feet of meeting and event space. The property will also have a full contemporary redesigned open lobby concept with individual pod stations. Additionally, a new Starbucks coffee bar will be added.

The Embassy Suites Orlando - Lake Buena Vista Resort was acquired in December 2013 by GF Management, through its operating affiliate. This is one of two recent additions to GF Management's owned portfolio controlled by the Company's principals.
