Eron Hodges appointed GM of the Andaz in Napa, Calif.

Eron Hodges was appointed GM of the Andaz Napa in Napa, Calif. Hodges is responsible for the management, operations and marketing of the 141-room hotel. Hodges' history in hospitality includes 16 years with Hyatt and various roles throughout North America.

Most recently, Hodges was director of rooms for Hyatt Regency Huntington Beach Resort and Spa in Huntington Beach, Calif. Prior to that role, Hodges held positions in the rooms division at Hyatt properties throughout the state, including Hyatt Regency Mission Bay (San Diego), Manchester Grand Hyatt San Diego and Hyatt Regency San Diego.

Hodges began his hospitality career in as a front desk associate at Shell/Winners Circle Resorts. From there, Hodges was promoted to posts throughout the country in the Rooms division. He joined Hyatt in 1999. This is Hodges first GM role.

In 2000, Hodges was named Manager of the Quarter and Manager of the Year by Manchester Grand Hyatt San Diego. Hodges was nominated for Hyatt's Room Executive of the Year in 2009. In 2013, under his leadership, Hodges' Hyatt Regency Huntington Beach Resort and Spa team was awarded Hyatt's Rooms Division of the Year award, and in 2014, Hodges was nominated for Hyatt's Leadership Award.
