Magnuson Hotels rebranded the Magnuson Grand Hotel Fayetteville.

Formerly the GuestHouse Inn Fayetteville, Ark, the 197-room hotel is located one mile from the University of Arkansas and minutes from the Walton Arts Center, Arkansas Air Museum, Northwest Arkansas Mall and Northwest Arkansas Regional Airport.

The Magnuson Grand Hotel Fayetteville will expand its consumer awareness through Magnuson Hotels’ brand and its hotel reservation network including 650,000 GDS travel agents, over 2,000 internet booking channels such as Google, Facebook, Expedia, Hotels.com, Priceline, Global Hotel Exchange and all major airlines websites.
