First Call Hospitality appoints new GM and director of sales for the Hilton Garden Inn Overland Park

First Call Hospitality hired Joshua Wilson as GM and Rhea Hayes as director of sales at the Hilton Garden Inn Overland Park, Kansas, located just 20 minutes from Kansas City. Joshua and Rhea bring hospitality leadership experience to their positions, with both having Hilton backgrounds. Each has worked at the Hilton Garden Inn Overland Park for over five years.

Joshua started at the hotel as night auditor in 2002, working his way up to front office manager, assistant GM and now GM. A detail-oriented administrator and customer-relations specialist, Joshua has been an integral part of the property’s revenue management operations, utilizing Hilton’s new Global Revenue Optimization Program.

Rhea returns to the director of sales position at the Hilton Garden Inn after leaving in 2005 to become a stay-at-home mother. Her 18-year career has seen her work at full-service and limited-service hotels as well as the restaurant industry.
