First Homewood Suites property opens in Vermont

The Homewood Suites by Hilton Burlington opened as the brand’s first property in Vermont. The four-story hotel, owned by Larkin Family Partnership, has 89 studio and one and two-bedroom suites. John Cammarano, GM, and Thomas Smith, director of sales, have been in the hotel industry for a combined 20 years.

The brand’s expansion into Burlington comes as the city has seen an increase in meetings and festivals, and reflects the increasing demand nationally and internationally for extended stay hotels.

Homewood Suites Burlington is located at 5 Dorset Street, offering access to downtown Burlington and Lake Champlain via the hotels’ complimentary 24-hour shuttle service.
