Former Dearborn Hyatt Regency sold to unknown buyer

The former Dearborn Hyatt Regency has been sold for the third time since 2011. 

The 722-room convention hotel was acquired by an unidentified offshore investment group for an undisclosed price. The hotel now operates as the Edward Village Michigan.

The hotel was last associated with Centerstone Hotels as of August 2015.
