Fortuna Realty buys Manhattan Wyndham for $60M

Morris Moinian’s Fortuna Realty Group has acquired the Wyndham Garden Manhattan Chelsea West in New York City's Flatiron District for $60 million.

The hotel joins other Fortuna-owned lifestyle hotels such as the Hotel Hugo, Hotel Indigo Chelsea, Garden City Hotel and Sugar Bay Resort & Spa.

The 124-room property was built in 2008, and was designed by architect Michael Graves. The hotel has 2,185 square feet of ground-floor retail space.
