Four Seasons to open third London property

Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts is planning on opening a third London property, joining its Park Lane and Canary Wharf hotels. The former Port of London Authority building is set to house the new hotel and private residences run by Four Seasons in partnership with the Beijing-based Reignwood Group.

The hotel will have 98 guestrooms and suites, and will include 41 private residences as well as a private members’ club. The hotel will also have two restaurants and a spa. No opening date was announced.

“We’re thrilled to be working with Reignwood Group on the transformation of this unique and exquisite London landmark,” Allen Smith, president and CEO, Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts said in a statement. “As the city continues to be a destination of choice for the world’s most discerning leisure and business travellers, Ten Trinity Square will be an excellent complement to our two existing hotels at Park Lane and Canary Wharf, and expand our presence in this critically important market.”
