G6 Hospitality signs multi-unit agreement with Positive Investments

At its annual convention in Hawaii, G6 Hospitality, known for its economy lodging brands Motel 6 and Studio 6 in the U.S. and Canada, signed a multi-unit agreement with Positive Investments, which added 17 new properties to the G6 Hospitality network. This agreement brings the company closer to achieving its goal of opening 150 properties in 2014, which represents a 48-percent increase over last year’s franchise development.

Positive Investments opened their first Motel 6 in July, 2011. Their 17 new locations bring their portfolio to 36 total properties in the network. These recently opened Motel 6 properties are located primarily in the Midwest:

Bridgeview, Ill.; Elk Grove Village, Ill.; Elk Grove Village (O’Hare), Ill.; Moline, Ill.; Naperville, Ill.; Prospect Heights, Ill.; Cedar Rapids, Iowa; Grand Rapids, Mich.; St. Paul, Minn.; Appleton, Wisc.; Eau Claire, Wisc.; Glendale, Wisc.; Green Bay, Wisc.; La Crosse, Wisc.; Madison, Wisc.; Oak Creek, Wisc.; Wausau, Wisc.
