Greenwood Hospitality to manage Nashville Hyatt

Greenwood Hospitality Group will manage the Hyatt Place Hotel located in Nashville, Tenn. The property was acquired last month by DBIK&J Nashville.

Situated close to Nashville Airport, proximate to Larry Keeton Theatre and 20 minutes from downtown Nashville, the property has 83 guestrooms, approximately 1,000 square feet of meeting and conference room space, a casual restaurant and lounge.

In the coming months, Greenwood will coordinate with ownership on a renovation of the hotel that will include updates and additions to all guestrooms, as well as improvements to all meeting, public and dining spaces.
