Greenwood Hospitality Group received the management contract for the 145-room Hyatt Place Champaign/Urbana in Illinois. The property follows the Hilton Chicago Oak Lawn (Ill.) as the third-party hotel-management company’s second location in the state.
The Hyatt Place is located in downtown Champaign, Ill., within walking distance of dozens of restaurants and bars and a five-minute drive away from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. The property features an indoor pool, a fitness center, a cocktail bar and 3,200 square feet of meeting space.
