Hampshire Hotels Management to operate the Heritage House Resort

Hampshire Hotels Management signed a management contract for the Heritage House Resort in Mendocino, Calif. The property has more than 136 years of history and five years as a resort, and recently reopened following a multimillion-dollar renovation in 2014.

The hotel served as the setting for the 1978 movie ‘Same Time, Next Year’ staring Alan Alda and Ellen Burstyn. The property has fully renovated accommodations with contemporary Pacific decor. Also recently opened is 5200 Restaurant & Lounge, which offers farm-to-fork cuisine by executive chef Fabrice Dubuc. Future chapters of the property-wide revitalization will include a full-service spa and fitness center.
