Hard Rock Hotel to open Canary Islands hotel in mid-2016

Hard Rock International announced plans for the beachfront Hard Rock Hotel Tenerife, set to open in mid-2016. The upcoming property is Hard Rock's second project in collaboration with leading operators, Palladium Hotel Group, who recently opened the Hard Rock Hotel Ibiza, the brand's first European hotel.

Situated on Tenerife's southern coast near Adeje, the resort will have 637 rooms, including 236 suites, spread across two towers. The property will have three pools and access to a natural saltwater lagoon and recreation area located near the property. Additionally, it will have four dining establishments, multiple outdoor terraces and entertainment venues.

"We're thrilled to introduce the Hard Rock brand to Tenerife and bring a unique experience fusing luxury accommodations and lavish amenities with electrifying entertainment," said Abel Matutes Prats, CEO at Palladium Hotel Group. "We're certain the distinct beauty and dynamic appeal of the area will exceed expectations and continue to intrigue fans and travelers worldwide."
