Hawkeye Hotels reflags hotel in Ottumwa, Iowa, to Lexington by Vantage

Mark Williams, Group president of Vantage Hospitality Group’s Upscale Brands, announced that Hawkeye Hotels reflagged its Fairfield Inn in Ottumwa, Iowa, to a Lexington Inn & Suites.

Founded in 1982, Hawkeye Hotels owns and operates 43 properties in 13 states across the Midwest. Headquartered in Iowa, Hawkeye Hotels manages over $600 million in controllable assets and employs over 2,000 employees across the country. 

Last week, during Vantage’s annual International Educational Conference and Trade Show in Las Vegas, Williams touted Lexington’s growth and his goals to rapidly expand the brand in 2015.
