Hilton opens first Home2 Suites in Orlando

Hilton Worldwide opened the Home2 Suites by Hilton Orlando/International Drive South.

This is the first Home2 Suites by Hilton brand to be introduced in the Orlando market. It is owned by Domus Group Hotels 1, and managed by Vista Host Hotel Development & Management.

The hotel is located at 12107 Regency Village Drive next to the Orlando Premium Outlet Mall, and is less than five miles from the Orange County Convention Center. Additionally, it is near restaurants, entertainment venues, and many Orlando theme parks including Walt Disney World, SeaWorld Orlando, Universal Orlando and Gatorland. There is a complimentary shuttle that runs from the property to Disney theme parks throughout the day.

The new hotel offers guest all-suite accommodations with fully-equipped kitchens and modular furniture allowing for guests to personalize their room. It also has easy access to technology with complimentary Internet, community spaces and Home2 Suites amenities such Spin2 Cycle, a combined laundry and fitness area and Home2 MKT for grab-and-go items. All Home2 Suites properties are pet-friendly.

The survey is open to all companies that third-party-manage hotels for owners other than themselves.
