Hospitality Lodging Systems adds five Budgetel hotels to its portfolio

Hospitality Lodging Systems signed agreements that will add five properties to its portfolio of Budgetel Inns & Suites. The hotels are conversions in Tallahassee and Pompano Beach, Fla.; Macon, Ga.; Marion, Ind.; and Watsonville, Calif.

The agreements were signed in the past 30 days and the properties are expected to be operational as Budgetel hotels within 60 days.

“Budgetel offers owners a fresh brand, especially in markets that are saturated by other hotel names,” said Doug Collins, Chairman of Atlanta-based Hospitality Lodging Systems, which assumed management of the brand on November 1st.
