Hotel Equities acquires management of Four Points by Sheraton in York, Pa.

Atlanta-based Hotel Equities acquired the management of the Four Points by Sheraton in York, Pa. Located at 1650 Toronita Street and serving the business district on the city’s north side, the hotel is Hotel Equities’ first in the state of Pennsylvania. P’tosh Hotels owns the 146-room property, while Sky Points Hospitality is the limited liability company behind the hotel. Ownership plans to renovate the property.

Situated in the heart of York, the "Factory Tour Capital of the World," the Four Points by Sheraton York provides access to the Harley Davidson Museum, historic downtown York and the York Fairgrounds, home of America's first fair. The Gettysburg Battlefield is within driving distance to the west, with Lancaster County and the Amish country to the east. Hershey is located nearby to the north.

At the Four Points York, guests will have access to the Trio Restaurant and Lounge, and will have access to local craft beers. The hotel has an enclosed pool plus whirlpool/hot tub, a fitness center, business center and free Wi-Fi. Three multifunctional rooms in the hotel include 3,115 square feet of space for meetings, events or weddings. On-site catering is also available.
