Hotel Equities to manage the Courtyard by Marriott Sea World in San Antonio

Hotel Equities has been chosen to manage the Courtyard by Marriott Sea World/Lackland in San Antonio after a complete renovation of the property. Hotel Equities now manages 20 hotels in the state of Texas, which are supported by its Texas regional offices.

“We're excited to take over management for owner Ram Khatter as the Courtyard renovation and new ownership will bring new life to this well-located, beautifully updated property,” Joe Reardon, SVP of business development and marketing for HE, said in a statement. “This is a solid partnership with great owners and a strong brand in a thriving market. With robust demand generators, our operational expertise and the Courtyard flag, we are confident about delivering an excellent return for our investors.”

Located off Loop 410 in San Antonio, the hotel is located near Sea World and Lackland Airforce Base. Other nearby attractions include Six Flags Fiesta Texas, the Riverwalk and the San Antonio Missions, home to premier shops and restaurants.

The Courtyard’s newly refurbished guestrooms offer complimentary Wi-Fi, plush bedding and coffee makers, plus an ergonomic workspace and a flat-screen TV with movie channels, CNN, ESPN and HBO. The lobby area is home to The Bistro - Eat. Drink. Connect., where guests may enjoy breakfast and dinner options, as well as specialty Starbucks beverages and evening cocktails. A workout room and outdoor pool are also available.
