Hotel Equities to manage full-service Atlanta airport hotel

Four Points Sheraton Atlanta Airport

Hotel Equities was selected as the management firm of an Atlanta property in the process of being converted into a Four Points by Sheraton. Hotel Equities will also assist in the design and processing of the 190-room, full-service hotel's renovation.

The property will undergo a multimillion-dollar renovation during the next six months for a mid-summer opening. The hotel will have over 5,000 square feet of meeting space and a new restaurant concept. It is convenient to the airport’s International Terminal, as well as local dining and shopping opportunities.

Located ten miles south of downtown Atlanta, the hotel is a shuttle ride from Atlanta’s Hartsfield Jackson International Airport and easily accessible from every major highway.
