Atlanta-based hotel owner, operator and developer Hotel Equities was selected as the management firm for the Four Points by Sheraton St. Louis-Fairview Heights in Fairview Heights, Ill. The 120-room hotel has 11,000 square feet of event space. The hotel is owned by Cloud 9 Hospitality.

The Four Points hotel offers a 24-hour fitness center, indoor heated swimming pool, complimentary high speed Wi-Fi and the Fountains Café, open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The hotel offers one of the largest event spaces in market offering guests 11,000 square feet. The hotel will undergo a renovation with improvements and updates scheduled to begin in Q1 2019.

Situated 12 miles east of St. Louis, the hotel is located near attractions such as the Gateway Arch/Jefferson National Expansion Monument.
