Hotel Equities to open mid-west regional office

Atlanta-based Hotel Equities plans to open a mid-west regional office, located in Plano, Texas, to manage the rapid expansion of the firm’s portfolio. Hotel Equities selected Jack Odom to serve as the regional director of operations to spearhead the new regional team that will manage the portfolio of 26 hotels located in Texas and Oklahoma.

Hotel Equities was driven to open a regional office in the mid-west after the recent addition of a new portfolio of 21 hotels in Texas and Oklahoma.

Odom has more than 30 years of operational and sales experience experience that includes work with Hilton, Marriott, IHG and multiple independent properties including the four-star Melrose Hotel in Dallas, Texas. With oversight of multiple brands in his region, Odom reports to Rob Cote, the firm’s VP of operations.
